New mycotoxin limits have been in place across all European Union Member States, including the UK, from 1 July 2006. The Fusarium mycotoxins covered by these limits are deoxynivalenol (DON) and zearalenone (ZEAR, ZON). These mycotoxins can frequently occur in cereal grains. The new regulations cover unprocessed cereals, flour and finished food products.

As such you need to formulate a strategy that establishes the risks for your products and incorporates an appropriate testing regime.

RHM TECHNOLOGY’S COMPLETE MYCOTOXIN SERVICE can do this for you.
